At designawoodsign.com our customers come first.  We work hard to insure your finished product is as beautiful as the way you envisioned it.

Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions:

1. How much design space do I have to work with?

Our stock sizes are up to 23x35, with up to 35x71 being classified as custom made.  Customers must design their text to fit within these size restrictions, keeping in mind spacing and aesthetics when designing.

2. How will my sign be shipped?

We use UPS Ground to ship our signs.  All signs are carefully packed for safety.  Please note, larger signs will be delivered by a separate freight company.

3. How long will it take to receive my sign?

Depending on the availability of the selected wood, a sign designed from our stock plaques and quarterboards are typically delivered within four to six weeks of payment.  If there are any delays, rest assured, you’ll be kept in the loop and notified of them as soon as possible. 

4. Can I make a custom order and how long will it take?

Absolutely!  Custom ordered signs up to 35x71 are available.  Depending on the availability of the wood, custom orders are typically shipped within six to eight weeks. 

5. Can I make my payment online?

Yes, we accept all payments via PayPal.  Orders can be paid using echeck or credit card, and no PayPal account is required to complete your order.
